- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible Customer Service!! I went to get a check cashed around 1pm and I waited over an Hour and a half on a Friday because She Couldn't Verify my 1800.00 Check Even though they have Cashed them before at other stores, So now its 2:33 pm and After waiting so long Kindly I said "i can come back later" She tells me she will keep working on it and will call me within an hour because she has to call her supervisor.. so 7:00pm comes NO CALL so i called.. Then im told to wait until tomorrow and call back so i call back THE NEXT DAY at 9am and the SAME PERSON tells me to give her 5 min and she'll call me back so i wait until 6 pm in the Evening and she tells me she hasnt heard anything back!! GREAT ME EITHER For 9 hrs I waited and was very patient Giving that i wasted 2 DAYS with this place trying to cash a check!!! Just UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A Call Back Would of been Great!!! But to everyone out there DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!! .....................TRY LEND NATION, 20 min In and Out!By The GRINDE Magazine, April 20, 2017
